LEBANON, N.H. (AP) -- A New Hampshire man and former Fortune 500 executive is set to be arraigned on charges that he caused a crash that killed a Vermont couple.
The attorney general's office says 53-year-old Robert Dellinger of Sunapee recklessly killed 24-year-old Amanda Murphy and 29-year-old Jason Timmons of Wilder, Vt. They say he crossed over the median Saturday on Interstate 89 in Lebanon and crashed head-on into the couple's SUV.
Murphy was eight months pregnant.
Dellinger, who suffered minor injuries, was scheduled to be arraigned in Lebanon District Court at 3 p.m. Wednesday on two counts of manslaughter.
He served as senior vice president of finance at PPG industries and has held top level posts at Sprint and Delphi corporations.
His lawyers did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
