ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. (AP) -- Two sons of a Vermont woman killed in her home more than three years ago say charges against two of the suspects are a start on the road to justice.
Shawn and Mark O'Hagan made the comments Monday after two men pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and other charges in the September 2010 death of 78-year-old Pat O'Hagan in her Sheffield home.
Twenty-seven-year-old Richard Fletcher and 33-year-old Keith Baird entered the pleas in court in St. Johnsbury. An arrest warrant has been issued for a third suspect, 23-year-old Michael Norrie. The three are in custody on other charges.
Pat O'Hagan's body was found by hunters three weeks after she disappeared.
Court documents say O'Hagan was shot during a botched robbery, then sexually assaulted by one of the suspects.
