MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) -- A driver was charged with DWI after New Hampshire State police say his car crashed into the passenger side of a parked police cruiser with a trooper inside.
Police said the car failed to stop Thursday night. Sgt. Bryan Trask, who was inside the cruiser, pursued and stopped it a short distance from a bridge that crosses Interstate 293 in Manchester. Trask was not hurt.
Forty-one-year-old John Kordas of Litchfield also was charged with conduct after an accident and possession of an open container. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer.
