Chamber Made: Autumn Festival on Sept. 20 Celebrates the Kingdom
Way back in March, when the snow was above our knees and the promise of spring and warm weather was weeks away, a group gathered and sat around the conference table at the Northeast Kingdom Chamber, planning an event that was two seasons in the future.
