Island Pond Bone Builders Start Fall Session
During the latter part of 2005, a group of women got together and decided to start a Bone Builders group. They secured space at the Municipal Building, underwent 16 hours of training and started recruiting members. NVRH Hosts Annual Remembrance Service
As we change seasons, leaving behind the warm, busy days of summer and head into fall -- a season with a slower pace and time for reflection -- we will gather at the Remembrance Bench to honor the babies and children of our communities who did not survive. On the first Monday of each October, Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital holds a service at the Remembrance Bench in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. This year the service will be on Monday, Oct. 5 at 2 p.m.
