NCCA employs a philosophy that allows students to demonstrate their mastery of subjects at their own pace, away from the structure of the traditional classroom. Students must follow strict workplace rules and commit to putting forth the effort and self-discipline necessary to earn their diploma. Shown with Kleinschrodt, right, are NCCA student Teya MacFarland and Rotarian Jim Hicks.
