Eric Berry: Slim Pickings? Make a Trade
At this point in time of the fantasy season the waiver wire is still more of mystery than where Jimmy Hoffa's body is -- though if Eli Manning keeps up his current stinky pace, he'll probably be intercepted by him too. Seriously, trying to find the "winning ticket" on the waiver wire right now is not an easy chore. So start thinking about making a trade, one that isn't so lopsided you get laughed right off the internet.

Male Athlete of the Week: St. Johnsbury Academy's Ronnie Gobin
It's not often that you see "WR" and "LB" by the same two-way football player. Ronnie Gobin is no ordinary football player, however, and he showed again why in Saturday's 43-20 win over Mt. Mansfield Union. He had touchdown catches of 29 and 42 yards among his six receptions, ending up with 149 yards receiving on the day. He may have been even more of a terror on defense, where the senior was all over the field with 16 tackles, including two for losses, and one pass breakup. In a game of several standout SJA performances, this one was special.
