ST. JOHNSBURY -- In commanding fashion, St. Johnsbury won a three-team, double-elimination District III baseball tournament last weekend at the Legion field between Lyndon, St. J and Lake Region. They beat Lyndon 6-2 on Friday, Lake Region 11-1 on Saturday and clinched it with a 16-0 win over Lake Region.

ST. JOHNSBURY -- Lyndon owned the 11-12 Babe Ruth District IV baseball tournament from the start, and put the finishing touch on its dominant performance with a five-inning, 14-1 win Monday evening over Connecticut Valley North Little League (CVNLL). They beat CVNLL by the same score on Saturday.
