Clifton Corse Jr. passed away peacefully on Jan. 9, 2013 after a lengthy battle with cancer with his family at his side.
He was an avid hunter and enjoyed gardening and barbecue gatherings and NASCAR. He was a lifetime member of LCI fishing derbies.
Clifton was born on July 16, 1950 in Fletcher, Vt. to Clifton and Evelyn Corse. He married Elizabeth Holden on March 15, 1969. He leaves his wife Elizabeth, son Christopher of Lyndonville and daughters Nichole of St. Albans, Heather Thayer and James of Ausable Forks, N.Y. and Bonnie Lapan of St. Albans, Vt., his grandchildren Myranda, Brook-lyn and Ryan Corse of N.Y. and Cheyenne Coburn of Tennessee and three brothers and two sisters. Also a special niece Karie.
